After a thorough search, no journal article appeared to be available.  There is a book chapter that discusses using mathematics to determining the volume of an Egyptian granary, and that chapter is attached, along with the information about the book it is in.  There are abbreviations in this chapter to the various Egyptian papyri the problem appeared in.  If you would like to view the book in its entirety, it is Richard J. Gillings, Mathematics in the Time of the Pharaohs, Cambridge, MA: MIT Press, 1972, located in the library at QA27 .E3 .G54
