The length of time to get an item requested through WeDeliver! depends on what the item is and where it is coming from.
For articles and book chapter copy requests, these documents arrive in electronic format (usually as a PDF). They are received on average within one to three days.
For any physical item that is shipped to campus, it usually takes longer to arrive. Generally speaking, they take between one and three weeks.
Please note that these are just averages and that weekends/breaks will affect how long an item takes to get to the patron. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the library.
