- Within Acrobat, click on the Tools tab and select Prepare Form.
- Select a file or scan a document. Acrobat will automatically detect and create interactive form fields from the file you've uploaded. Most legible form fields can be detected and created automatically. If Acrobat cannot detect a particular form field automatically, you can quickly and easily add your own.
- Add new form fields from the top toolbar, and adjust the layout using tools in the right pane.
- Save your fillable PDF form and share it with others.
