When writing a full note citation of a book with two or more authors, you would list the first and last names of all the authors in the order that they appear on the book. For example:
1. Joe Soss, Richard C. Fording, and Sanford F, Schram, Disciplining the Poor...
For a shortened note, you can follow this example:
1. Soss, Fording, and Schram, 135-136.
Remember that you should only use the shortened note format if you have already provided the full note citation earlier in your paper.
