What a great topic for a research paper. To find articles that discuss the ethics and responsbilities of cartoonists, including political cartoonists, first head to the database Academic Search Complete.

Using the multiple search boxes at the top, enter searches such as:

cartoon* AND ethics
Also try some of your own words and phrases. Every search is organic!
NOTE: the * is a trick called truncation. It gives you every ending to a term. Thus when we enter cartoon* you will get search results for the words: cartoon, cartoons, cartoonist, cartooning, etc.
