Q. What if I know an item's call number, but can't locate it?

Check the Item Record in the Library Catalog to see if the item is checked out or available.  If the item is listed as available but is not in its proper location on the shelf, stop by either the Reference or the Circulation desks at the front of the library, and a librarian or staff member can help you.
