If you click on the Full Text Finder link in a database and the link doesn't seem to be working or the .pdf won't open, check your browser. Internet Explorer has made some changes to their settings that don't work with this type of linking system. Firefox and Chrome do work, so if you switch to either of those you should be able to get the article you want.

If you are having problems opening PDFs of articles, the problem is a compatibility issue between IE and Adobe. You need to open Adobe first, before doing anything else and then you should be able to open PDFs of full-text articles from the databases.

If that still doesn't work, please contact the library for assistance. Email, phone and chat are available along the right side of that page.

Sometimes, the library doesn't have access to a particular journal electronically. In that case the link will take you to a screen with information about our print availability or a form to request the article through free interlibrary loan.
