Hi  Open door policies can refer to "open enrollment," meaning relaxed standards for admissions.  It can also be a management style inviting people without appointments.  If the former, the Education database ERIC (EBSCOhost Interface) is a good place to look. 

You can access it from the library web page by clicking on "Find Articles and Databases" from the drop down menu labeled "Library Resources," then choose "Subject Guides." Select "Education," then ERIC, or any of the other major education databases. Feel free to call the library at 330-490-7185 if you need assistance from librarians.
