No, according to Father Mike Williamson of St. Matthew Parish Catholic Church in Akron, because your friends are rejecting the Catholic Church which would go against the priest's beliefs. 

You can, however, have a Catholic ceremony with a Catholic priest in a non-Church location, such as a park. 

The best thing to do is to discuss this with your friend.  He will be able to supply more details on the Church's stance on marriage.  Also, as a suggestion, perhaps you could include him into the ceremony in some other way, such as a reading or a prayer before the reception dinner, etc.
