There was most likely a glitch in the computer software.  If you're in a hurry, a librarian or staff member can print items for you, but the best solution is to talk to Information Systems (I.S.), located upstairs above the library, and make sure the glitch is not associated with your login.

If you are trying to print from a personal device, such as a laptop computer, please logon to a library computer instead.
