At the top of the library's page is a box labeled "Library Resources." Click the down arrow and then Subject Guides. Scroll down to click Law and Legislation.

Now you will see a list of relevant databases and the one I found most useful for your search is LexisNexis. Enter the search just like this (putting words in quotation marks works as a phrase search): "SPECIAL EDUCATION" AND BULLYING AND COURTS.

This will bring up a list of hits, and you can limit by clicking on "cases" along the left side of the page.
