At the top of the library's page is a box labeled "Library Resources." Click the down arrow and then Subject Guides. Scroll down to Law and Legislation.

You will see a list of relevant databases and the one I found most useful for your search is LexisNexis. Enter the search just like this (putting words in quotation marks works as a phrase search): "SPECIAL EDUCATION" in the first box, and BULLYING in the second box, and COURTS in the third.

You can limit the number of entries by clicking on "cases" along the left side of the page.
