Yes, according to the MLA Handbook, in addition to an endnotes page (or footnotes throughout your paper), you will also need a Works Cited page.
The endnotes page will go in the order of your citations within your paper and may have repeated citations. The works cited page will be the traditional alphabetical listing of your sources.
