Q. What is CINAHL in full?

CINAHL is a nursing and allied health database. Walsh subscribes to CINAHL Complete, which includes Evidence-Based Care Sheets and access to many full-text articles. Maybe that's what you mean by "in full"?

You can get to CINAHL Complete by going to the library website https://www.walsh.edu/library/

• Click Library Resources (top of the page) to open the pull down menu
• Select Find Articles
• At the top of the page you will see A-Z Resource List
• Click on the C tab and then click on CINAHL Complete to open the database
