Q. How do I reset my password?

You need to register for the online password reset. This will allow you to reset your own password or unlock your account without calling the help desk.

a.       Go to https://passwordreset.walsh.edu

b.      Enter your username only and password

c.       Choose Domain

d.      Enter Captcha characters, if you can’t read it then click the arrow to refresh it.

e.      Click Log in

f.        Click OK on the pop up

g.       Choose 3 questions and type answers of more than 5 characters.  Write your own 4^th question and answer

h.      Click Save

i.         Click Signout
