Search Everything is a feature to help you find items in the Walsh library.  See this guide for more details. It allows you to search multiple locations at once, including the Walsh catalog for books, multiple databases, digital films, and e-books. It can be a good place to start a search for your topic if you are looking for a variety of sources.  You can refine your results to certain resources using the limit features (usually checkboxes) to the left of the results list.

You can always use the traditional ways to search as well if you don't like it, or if too many results appear.  Access the catalog under the Books tab.  You can locate your favorite databases from the Articles & Databases link or under the Articles tab. Remember to ask a librarian for assistance if you aren't sure what keywords to use or how to search for your topic.
