Yes, although you will use different resources depending on the publication year you are looking for.  Start at library.Walsh.edu, click on Library Resources at the top of the page. Please see the entry in the Find an Exact Journal and enter the keywords or exact title (e.g. reading teacher) and a list of titles will appear with "Full Text Access" under it. Click Full Text Access to see databases that provide full text of that title, then simply browse by date. 

You can also find topical articles by searching the Education databases (under Library Resources click Subject Guides. Clicking Education will bring up a list of databases and much more to assist you in your research.
