Open Adobe first

Unfortunately there is a known problem where Adobe and Windows are not talking to each other right now and there is no fix yet.

The work around is to open Adobe right after you log on to your computer and before you start searching. Then, once you click on the full text pdf icon it should open. Sometimes you also have to tell the computer to open the file in a new window. Make sure your security settings aren't blocking the opening up of files.

Firefox and Chrome are working better than Internet Explorer for searching and linking to documents, so you may want to make sure you do your searches using those browsers for the smoothest, problem-free document retrieval.
