What you can do is use a database like Academic Search Complete, which has a bit of everything, or an Education database, and, using the multiple search boxes at the top, try some searches like these:
high school AND transition AND colleges and universities
high school students AND transition AND college students
College bound students AND ___________ (insert whatever you want to focus on- jobs, preparation, studying, etc.)
or some variation that you can think of based on the topic. You can add an additional box so you can use more than three search boxes and you can change one of the search boxes to a NOT if you are getting too many with a term you don't want to come up (autism, for example).
