Q. I need 5 years of statistics on Pittsburgh's birth and death rates, life expectancy, marriage and divorce rates

Here are several places to check out:

• The Pennsylvania Department of Health has a tool that lets you find some vital statistics, such as births, by municipality.
• The State and Metropolitan Data Book has some of this BUT it depends on what the government defines as a micropolitan area. For example they combine Massillon and Canton for some of these statistics.

• CDC’s Fast Stats contains data starting in 2009 and is limited to county level.
